Lot vs. Phase Key Dates

To view the Key Dates of a Lot, open a Lot Card and run the action "Key Dates".

 

This action opens the page "Lot Key Dates".

• When a Lot Key Date is referenced from a task, its "Scheduled Date" gets populated on the scheduling workflow and "Actual Date" – on completion of the Task.
• When a Lot Key Date is not referenced from a Task, a user has the ability to edit "Scheduled Date" and "Actual Date".

The page has the action "Populate".

 Populate

Lot Key Dates get populated during the action "Site Model on Lot".  The action "Populate" allows a user to populate Lot Key Dates before the Siting of a Model or to re-populate them after the Siting.

The routine populates Lot Key Dates from the Model Key Dates. It also ensures that all Key Dates referenced by the Lot Tasks get populated.

Phase Key Dates

A user has the ability to view all Lot Key Dates of a Phase. In page "Phases", run action "Phase Key Dates".

  Page "Phase Key Dates" allows a user to view all events that are happening within a Phase.
