Adding Lot Installment for Extras

There are 2 ways to process a Lot Installment for Extras:

Way 1:

Enter the Lot Installment for Extras under selection packages.
To access, start from the Lot Card, select the Lot Selection Packages Action Button, then select Installments.

• The Lot Selection Package Must be in the Status Open.
• Populate your installment line.

The system will add the installment to the main installments page only upon Release of the Selection Package, i.e. the Lot Selection Package Status must be changed from Open to Released.

• To do it, the Lot Selection Package must be first Closed, then Approved and finally, it can be Released.

Way 2:

To access, on the Lot page, select Lot Installments. This is performed through the regular Lot Installment page, but there are 2 differences between this process and regular Lot Installment processing:

• You must change the installment Category field from Regular to Extra on the Lot Installment Line.
• The Stage number must be Zero.
• You should assign Selection Package No. from the Selection Package No. field.
  • If the Selection Package does not exist, create the Selection Package so that the Payment is assigned to that Selection Package in HomeBuilder.
  • If, for some business reason, you can not create a Selection Package, you can leave the field selection Package No. blank (not recommended as you lose financial information by not connecting the payment to the Selection Package).
