This part of Help Files describes functionality relating to the HomeBuilder Portal. HomeBuilder Portal is a comprehensive Web Platform with 3 Interfaces: HomeBuilder Central (for home builders/production home builders) Contractor's Central (for subcontractors of the home builder) Home Buyer's Central (for customers purchasing homes from the home builder) Each of these Interfaces is used by Homebuilders, Vendors, and Customers to share information, such as construction progress, announcements to all customers, or requests for an inspection or a warranty repair. Homebuilder Portal can also be used to capture decisions made by customers. In these Help Files, it can be referred to simply as the Portal.
