Lot Selection Packages (Color Chart)

Color Selections

To open the page "Color Selections", select a Phase and click the button "Color Selections".

"Color Selections" is a phase-level template which allows a user to define default options for purchaser's choices and to define which choices are mandatory to make.

Selection choices to be made by a purchaser are based on combinations of House Area/Construction Item Category. Examples of this are:

• Main Bath/Flooring.
• Main Bath/Walls.
• Main Bath/Mirrors.
• Bedroom 2/Flooring.
• ...

Here is the description of some of the fields.

Name	Function
Mandatory	You must make a selection before closing the Lot Selection Package. If left unchecked you are allowed to delete the line for that Lot.
Default is Set	A Default option has been selected in the Selection Options page accessed through the button "Selection Options" in the Color Selections page

Tip

Although this page should be correctly populated; run the "(Re-) Populate All" button before calling support. If you want to update specific lines run the "(Re-) Populate Options" button.

Note

To see all the choices (items) that will be given to the decor designer (purchaser), click on the button "Selection Options". This shows you all the Color Chart Construction Items that fit into the Construction Item Category where a relevant House Area were defined on that item.
