Add Planning Line
Normally, Planning Lines get created upon usint the action "Site Model on Lot" (for "Base Contract" items) or upon releasing a Lot Selection Package (for Upgrades and Extras). However, there could be situations when a Planning Line should be added before siting for items that are neither "Base Contract" nor Upgrades or Extras. Another situation is the case when you need to add a Base Contract Item after Siting the Model on the Lot.
On the Lot Card, select the Planning Lines Action button from the Main Menu or click Planning Lines Cue from the right-hand side Infopane. This opens the Lot Planning Lines page where you select the +Add Action button. This Action opens the page "Add Planning Item" populated with Model Items of the Model assigned to the Lot that satisfy the following criteria:
- Designation is a Single Item, Bundle, or Customer Fee.
- Color Chart is set to 'No'.
In the list of Model Items, select an item (or select multiple), change "Quantity" from the default 1 (if needed), and click "Add Item".
