Projects, Phases, Models, and Lots in HomeBuilder

This is the base structure of the system.

• Project consists of one or multiple Phases. Setting up Projects is optional. Some builders use Phases only.
• You can define multiple Models for a Phase. These Models are then assigned to Lots in the Phase.
• Phase also contains multiple Lots. Lots are added to Phases.
• Models are assigned to Lots. They display the possible Models that can be built on a particular Lot. Once the decision is made regarding the Model, it is "sited" on the Lot.
