This section is dedicated to your system administrators. They can be your in-house admins - typically IT or IT-inclined accounting staff- or your Implementation Partners.
- Updating to the Latest HomeBuilder Version describes the process to follow when there is a need to update HomeBuilder. Our software receives regular updates that enhance existing functions, fix issues, or add functionality.
- Copying Production Environment to a Sandbox provides instructions for creating a Sandbox environment. You should read these instructions before performing the regular Business Central functions needed to create a Sandbox environment.
- Creating a Template Company is only a high-level overview of the process required and the description of outcomes. It is a specialized process requiring additional tools and the ability to troubleshoot. We recommend delegating this to a HomeBuilder Team.
- Creating a New Company from an Existing Template will guide you through a process of copying and then configuring a New Company when you have a Template Company (described above) ready. This scenario is particularly important for holdings that consist of multiple active or holding companies.
