Install, License, and Setup Permissions
Thank you for your interest in HomeBuilder on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
To use the product, first you must install HomeBuilder in Dynamics BC; then get licensed; and finally perform basic permission assignments over and above Dynamics BC requirements.
Required configuration:
- Step 1 Install from AppSource.
- Step 2 HomeBuilder License Management to setup licensing.
- Step 3 Functional Permissions and Roles to complete your access to the system and begin setup.
- View your subscription invoices and history of subscriptions in HomeBuilder Subscriptions.
After you have completed the 3 steps described above, you can start setting up data in the system.
[!TECHNICAL NOTE]
If you experience issues or receive error messages (e.g. containing a message about SEN Common) when creating a Sandbox instance in Dynamics BC, you may resolve this by "unlinking" the customer from Suite Engine Subscriptions before attempting to create another copy from production to the Sandbox. Make a note of your Customer ID, First Address Line, and email address, you can link the customer back up after the copy and your data, subscriptions and everything else will be fully restored.
